Edialtech has put into production an artificial intelligence agent that reads PDF documents, identifies the relevant fields and delivers them straight into the client's management software.
A process that previously required manual entry is now automatic, with a dashboard for tracking extraction metrics and reviewing the cases the agent flags as uncertain. Human review still exists, but it now applies only to what genuinely needs attention.
The module integrates with existing management platforms and supports several document formats.
